This role owns critical aspects of the delivery lifecycle, including sales order documentation, inventory validation, defect tracking, and customer-facing acceptance activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing precision, and requires minimal oversight to execute at a high level. They will interface directly with customers during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and occasional on-site acceptance events, ensuring a seamless and professional delivery experience. This individual works cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues, improve upstream processes, and uphold a high bar for product quality and customer satisfaction.
